Competence Development Manager (34033)

Responsabilidades e atribuições:

We are looking for a senior professional to lead the Volvo Academy and the Competence Development strategy across Latin America. Key Responsibilities: • Lead a multicultural and geographically distributed team; • Define and execute Competence Development strategies; • Develop learning programs, learning paths and certification programs; • Lead competence management and training needs analysis; • Implement digital learning, blended learning and instructional design solutions; • Monitor KPIs and learning/business impact indicators; • Partner with HR, Business, Product, Services, Sales and Dealer Network teams; • Lead regional projects and manage the Volvo Academy portfolio, resources and budget.

Requisitos e qualificações:

Requirements: • Senior experience in L&D, Competence Development, Corporate Education or Corporate Academies; • Proven experience leading teams, including multicultural/geographically distributed teams; • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Human Resources, Education or related fields; • Strong knowledge of adult learning, capability building, instructional design, educational technologies and competence management; • Strong business acumen and analytical skills; • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills; • Fluent English and Spanish; • Experience in the industrial, automotive, transportation or related sectors is a plus.
